Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, categorize, and track single-card inventory in our internal POS system.
- Identify and prepare cards for grading with PSA, BGS, SGC, and other grading companies.

- Distribute and manage card inventory across Monmouth Cards’ retail locations based on demand and sales data.

- Handle inbound customer phone calls via RingCentral
- Respond to customer inquiries across email, Zendesk, SMS, Meta, Walmart Customer Messaging, and other channels
- De-escalate frustrated customers and provide clear, professional resolutions
- Follow up with customers on delayed, unresolved, or sensitive issues
- Oversee the current customer service team’s daily support flow
- Review escalated cases and help determine the proper resolution
- Approve or deny refunds, replacements, credits, or exceptions based on company policy
- Investigate customer chargebacks and gather supporting evidence
- Review fraud indicators before high-risk orders are shipped
- Assist with UPS, USPS, and carrier investigations when packages are missing

- Cash management and treasury (Mercury, Ramp); AP, AR, and payroll.
- Multi-state sales tax and nexus (NJ, CT, MA, and growing).
- Budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A — the models the business runs on.
- NetSuite as the financial system of record — lead its rollout and Shopify POS integration.
- Investor and strategic support for financing, M&A, and other initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in accounting/finance, including time as a Controller or Assistant Controller

- Multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience.
- NetSuite (or a comparable ERP) and advanced Excel.
