By accessing or using the Monmouth Cards website (monmouthcards.com) or any of our physical store locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Monmouth Cards offers trading card products including sealed boxes, booster packs, single cards, graded cards, supplies, and accessories from brands including Pokémon, MTG, One Piece, Lorcana, Sports cards, and others. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Images shown on the site are representative; actual items may vary slightly, particularly for mystery products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products except in the case of a verified shipping damage claim or a packing error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at sales@monmouthcards.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims will receive store credit or a replacement — no cash refunds. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, pack weight concerns, or dissatisfaction with pull results.

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

Our Loyalty Program allows customers to earn points on qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed for store credit. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Points are not earned on gift card purchases, PSA grading fees, or shipping charges. Any suspected abuse of the program (including fraudulent transactions or manipulation of point balances) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.

Monmouth Cards offers PSA grading submission services at select store locations. By submitting cards for grading, you agree to the following: you represent that the cards are your property; you accept PSA's terms and turnaround timelines (which are outside our control); Monmouth Cards acts only as a submission facilitator and is not liable for PSA grading decisions, transit damage, or loss once cards leave our possession; submission fees are non-refundable once your order is processed; and you must pick up or arrange shipping for returned cards within 30 days of notification.

Our Sell Your Cards program allows customers to consign or sell cards directly to Monmouth Cards. Offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to change based on market conditions. We reserve the right to decline any collection for any reason. Once a sale is completed and payment is issued, the transaction is final. For consignment items, Monmouth Cards retains a commission as disclosed at time of agreement. Items left at our stores without a formal agreement will not be our responsibility. Consigned items not sold within the agreed term may be returned or donated at our discretion.

Live Breaks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are final sale. By purchasing a spot in a Live Break, you acknowledge that pack contents are random and you have no guarantee of receiving any specific card. Break results are final — no refunds, exchanges, or complaints about pulls will be accepted. Shipping for break winnings is charged separately unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed winnings held for more than 30 days may be donated or resold at our discretion.

Mystery Pack contents are curated at our discretion based on the pack tier and theme described. While we aim to deliver value at or above the stated price, contents are not guaranteed, and results will vary. Mystery Pack purchases are final sale. No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with contents. By purchasing a Mystery Pack, you accept the inherent randomness of the product.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, design, and the Monmouth Cards brand identity — is the intellectual property of Monmouth Cards or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent. Card images and brand logos (Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monmouth Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, PSA, or other third-party service providers.

Any disputes arising from your use of our services or these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New Jersey. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Monmouth Cards regarding your use of our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
